Have you ever wondered what to do with the leftover pulp from your juice? Did you hate wasting it? We’ve got a tasty solution for you! Make raw veggie juice pulp crackers!
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups of juice pulp (carrots, beets, parsley, ginger, lemon, celery, etc)
1 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust the amount or skip altogether if you don’t like spicy)
1/2 cup ground white chia seeds
1 Tbs “All Purpose Seasoning”
If your pulp is very dry add 1/3 cup of water (or more if needed)
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix the pulp and all the spices in a large bowl until well combined. Looks like ground beef, doesn’t it?

2. Spread evenly on a dehydrator sheet. Score the pulp into a desired size and shape so that it is easy to break into pieces when dry. Dehydrate at 115 degrees Fahrenheit for 4 – 5 hours. Flip the crackers and dehydrate for another 2 -3 hours until crispy.

3. Break into pieces and serve with hummus.
