A SIMPLE GUACAMOLE RECIPE WITH A SURPRISE

Guacamole was first created by the Aztecs. It is one of the most popular dishes in modern Mexican cuisine. This nutritious dish quickly found its way to the USA and became widely consumed here. It has been estimated that on Superbowl Sunday, Americans consume over 45 million pounds of it!

INGREDIENTS:

1 large ripe avocado

1 medium tomato

1/2 medium red onion

1/2 medium lemon

1 tsp E3Live (the surprise ingredient)

sea salt to taste


DIRECTIONS:

Scoop avocado into a bowl and mash it. Using a whisk makes it very quick and easy. Add chopped tomato, diced red onion, lemon juice, E3Live powder, and sea salt. Mix thoroughly.
