Here is your tasty and healthy lunch. Needless to say, our Vegan Sushi was made with all vegan ingredients so no fish were harmed in the process of making it!
INGREDIENTS:
Sunflower spread just like the one we used in THIS recipe
1 avocado
1 red and 1 yellow bell pepper
1 handful alfalfa sprouts
DIRECTIONS:
Cover each Nori sheet with a thick layer of the sunflower spread and coat it with a good amount of alfalfa sprouts. Arrange julienned bell peppers and avocado slices on top. Roll it up. Seal the edges of the Nori sheet with water. Cut into half-inch bites and enjoy!
