When following a raw food diet, it’s important to have the right tools for the job. A powerful blender like Vitamix or Blendtec is essential, as well as a quality dehydrator.

INGREDIENTS:
2 young coconuts
1/4 cup organic Goji berries
2 tsp of organic vanilla extract
1 Tbs of organic agave syrup or a sweetener of your choice (honey works great)
pinch of sea salt
DIRECTIONS:
Add the meat of 2 young coconuts and 1 cup of coconut water, and 1/4 cup of Goji berries to a high-speed blender. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract, a pinch of sea salt, and the sweetener. Blend until very smooth. Decorate with Goji berries and cacao nibs. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
